NIALYA SUAREZ/FOUNDER
BACKGROUND: I worked at Grady Memorial Hospital as a Medical Social Worker for several years before moving into Pharmaceutical Auditing. I left the working world to stay home when I became a mom in 2008. I began Organized Simplicity in 2014 in Atlanta, GA.

JESSICA PROPST/ORGANIZER
BACKGROUND: I have been with Organized Simplicity since December 2017. Prior to getting paid to alphabetize spices and file clothing in rainbow order, I worked in the logistics industry for 8 years. This is job is far more rewarding than I ever imagined it could be. I love helping busy families bring the calm back into their space. I live in Sandy Springs with my husband, and two crazy kiddos who keep us very busy. I enjoy tennis, live music, cold white wine, Jeopardy, beach trips, old cars, Auburn football (sometimes), and pretending I'm an interior designer.

TAYLOR KELLEY/ORGANIZER
BACKGROUND: I graduated from the University of Georgia in May 2022 with a BBA in Marketing. While I was interviewing for corporate marketing jobs, I happened to meet Nialya in the pick-up line at Target and the rest is history! I realized that my passion for organization and working for a smaller business is what I wanted to do. I am so thankful I get to work with amazing people and do something I love all while helping others.
