While diamonds are some girls best friend, mine is jewelry-all jewelry, I don't discriminate! The larger the piece, the bigger the statement, the better in my opinion. I have had an obsession with jewelry for as long as I can remember. What I struggle with is neatly displaying said jewelry.
I have found that if I put my jewels in a jewelry box, no matter how fabulous the box, it is out of sight and out of mind. What is the point in having jewelry if you are not going to wear and enjoy it?!
So I began trying to strategically displaying all of my jewelry on a repurposed wooden window frame. I housed all of my necklaces, bracelets, rings and watches on hooks and knobs. At first it was a lovely sight, but became untidy looking and soon I deemed it an eyesore. Back to the drawing board. Two popular options were implemented and quickly shot down. I needed a system that worked for me but was also pleasant to look at. It would also be helpful if I could have all of this for less than $30.
What I have come up makes me super happy. Beautiful, simple and inexpensive. Can you hear the pitter patter of my heart?!
How do you display your jewels? Do you have them all for all to see or prefer a more hidden approach to storage? Come back on Friday for my jewelry storage reveal. I am beyond excited to share it with you!
